About Me

Hey there, my name is Ben and I’m so glad you’re here. Let me tell you a bit about myself and what I do.

I started this blog because I wanted to explore new things and challenge myself to step outside my comfort zone. I’ve been in the same large organization for a while, and I realized I needed to start putting myself out there more. As someone who aspires to be a successful data leader, I knew I needed to back myself and share my thoughts and insights with the world.

My blog is all about data, from strategy to news to opinions and discussions. I want to be a trusted source of information for everyone, from students just starting out to executives at big companies.

In terms of my professional background, I’ve spent over a decade in banking and financial services, with experience in operations, sales/business development, risk, projects, and data. Over the past five years, I’ve really solidified my reputation as a data leader and have delivered many successful projects from cloud migrations to regulatory change programs.

When I’m not working on my blog or at my day job, you can usually find me with my nose buried in a good fiction book, hitting some balls on the tennis court, goofing around with my kids, or enjoying a nice long dinner with my wife.

So, that’s a little bit about me. I hope you’ll stick around and explore the content on my blog. And if you have any questions or just want to say hi, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to hear from you!
